Oggi con le associazioni agricole abbiamo concordato sul fatto che bisogna fare di più per sostenere questa filiera: bisogna incentivare i nostri agricoltori in un momento in cui il grano ha un prezzo di vendita davvero molto basso rispetto al costo di produzione. Lo facciamo con risorse concrete per garantire una filiera che è strategica ed identitaria. Abbiamo garantito anche più controlli ai punti di ingresso per verificare che il grano importato non abbia residui delle sostanze da noi vietate in modo da garantire una concorrenza leale. Abbiamo investito in ricerca, sulle Tea, per aumentare la capacità produttiva e la qualità del grano italiano. E da ultimo, ma non per importanza, abbiamo annunciato iniziative promozionali dedicate alla pasta italiana. Bisogna sensibilizzare gli italiani, primi consumatori di pasta al mondo, a comprare italiano".
