DEUTSCHLAND AM ENDE: Pleiten, Politik und Perspektiven – Mittelstand fordert Reformen!

Christoph Ahlhaus warnt vor einer schweren Krise im Mittelstand. Nach seinen Angaben erlebt Deutschland derzeit „die größte Pleitewelle seit 20 Jahren“.

Der Bundesgeschäftsführer des Mittelstandes kritisiert vor allem den Antragsstopp bei der Förderung von Forschung und Entwicklung. Innovationen entstünden häufig im Mittelstand und würden später von der Großindustrie zum Erfolg geführt. Fehle das Geld für neue Ideen, könne dieses Modell nicht funktionieren.

Ahlhaus fordert zudem einen neuen Kurs beim Klimaschutz. Statt vor allem auf Verbote zu setzen, solle Deutschland Forschung und Wirtschaft stärker verbinden. Daraus könne eine Innovationsoffensive entstehen und Klimaschutz zum Wirtschaftsbooster werden.

Auch die Bundesregierung nimmt Ahlhaus in die Pflicht. Sie müsse Reformen umsetzen und ihre Kommunikation verbessern. Unternehmer warteten nach seinen Worten nicht nur auf finanzielle Entlastungen, sondern vor allem auf ein Signal der Zuversicht.
