Il richiamo del Tiramisù ha una forza inarrestabile. Durante la bella stagione capita spesso di vedere seduti, in piazzetta Ancilotto a Treviso, davanti al ristorante Le Beccherie, piccoli gruppi di turisti arrivati da ogni angolo del globo (tedeschi, giapponesi, americani) per assaggiare il dolce più famoso di Treviso, fra i più citati e imitati al mondo: una tappa considerata da molti obbligata. E così adesso accanto al locale che diede i natali a quell’incanto di mascarpone, uova, zucchero, caffè e savoiardi, approda un bistrot tutto dedicato, che chiamare «pasticceria» diventa una definizione fin troppo restrittiva. È una casa, «un’esperienza» afferma Paolo Lai, il titolare dei due locali. «Offriamo fasce orarie più ampie rispetto alle Beccherie, facciamo conoscere il prodotto, ne raccontiamo la storia e apriamo un laboratorio per chi vuole imparare a prepararlo.
