Dalam kesempatan tersebut, anggota Komisi IX DPR RI dari fraksi Partai Nasdem, Irma Suryani mengatakan bahwa perkara tarif menjadi alasan utama DPR masih belum memberikan lampu hijau untuk pemerintah melaksanakan program Kebijakan Kelas Rawat Inap Standar.
Hal itu lantaran dengan adanya KRIS, kelas layanan BPJS yang semula ada tiga kelas akan disamaratakan menjadi satu kelas saja.
Irma mengatakan, apabila iuran kelas atas direndahkan menjadi sama rata dengan iuran kelas bawah maka akan melanggar konstitusi. Sebab konstitusi mengamanahkan asas gotong royong dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan.
