ภาคตะวันออกเฝ้าระวังฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางจังหวัด ติดตามในฝนฟ้าอากาศกับคุณนภัสกรณ์ไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ทางภาคตะวันออก เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคอีสานตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสม
สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง
สภาพอากาศแต่ละภาค
เริ่มที่ ภาคเหนือ ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ มีฝนตกหนักที่แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย พะเยา น่าน ลำปาง ตาก พิษณุโลก และเพชรบูรณ์
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ต้องระวังฝนตกหนักที่ เลย หนองคาย บึงกาฬ อุดรธานี สกลนคร นครพนม กาฬสินธุ์ มุกดาหาร อำนาจเจริญ อุบลราชธานี และนครราชสีมา
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ที่กาญจนบุรี ลพบุรี และสระบุรี
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 70% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากที่นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี สระแก้ว ระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 40-70% ของพื้นที่ ที่ชุมพร สุราษฎร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช สงขลา ยะลา และนราธิวาส และฝนตกหนักได้ที่ระนอง พังงา ภูเก็ต ตรัง และสตูล ทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ปิดท้ายกันที่ กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง
