Giuseppe Marinoni, l’ex presidente della Commissione Paesaggio, accusato di corruzione, falso e induzione a dare o promettere utilità e per il quale la procura milanese ha chiesto il carcere, non ha risposto alle domande del gip avvalendosi della facoltà di non rispondere. L’avvocato di Marinoni Eugenio Bono, che ha presentato una breve memoria difensiva per spiegare la mancanza di necessità delle misure cautelari chieste dalla procura, ha spiegato ai cronisti: «Non ci sono episodi corruttivi di alcun tipo, chiariremo la nostra posizione nel dibattimento. Il sistema delineato dalla procura non è quello descritto nell’atto che avete letto, non c’era alcun sistema».
