Dirut Patra Niaga Oplos Pertalite Jadi Pertamax, Negara Rugi Rp193,7 Triliun
KOMPAS.TV - Kejaksaan Agung menetapkan Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, menjadi tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah.Akibatnya, kerugian negara mencapai Rp193,7 triliun.
Menurut Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Direktur PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan sengaja membeli minyak mentah RON 90 atau setara Pertalite, yang kemudian dioplos sedemikian rupa sehingga menjadi RON 92 atau setara Pertamax. Padahal, hal tersebut jelas tidak diperbolehkan.
Tidak hanya itu, Kejagung juga menemukan modus mengangkat harga biaya pengapalan secara tidak wajar dalam impor minyak mentah.
Akibat dugaan korupsi ini, negara mengalami kerugian hingga Rp193,7 triliun.
