BROSIUS-GERSDORF: SPD-Kandidatin wehrt sich vehement gegen linksradikale EinstufungDie Nominierung von Frauke Brosius-Gersdorf für das Bundesverfassungsgericht sorgt für heftige Debatten. Die SPD-Kandidatin wehrt sich nun gegen die heftige Kritik und die falsche Darstellung ihrer Position zum Thema Abtreibungen. Ein „neuralgischer Punkt“ für einige Bewegungen im Christentum, aber auch in der Union, analysiert Politikwissenschaftler Prof. Dr. Oliver W. Lembcke. Dennoch: Die Ansichten von Brosius-Gersdorf seien keinesfalls „linksradikal“, sondern Positionen, mit denen man sich auseinandersetzen könne. Trotzdem hat Lembcke Zweifel daran, ob Frauke Brosius-Gersdorf sich erfolgreich als Kandidatin der Mitte präsentieren kann. „Es wird letztendlich darum gehen, ob die CDU/CSU bereit ist, eine prononcierte, exponierte Kandidatin einer progressiven, linken Position zu akzeptieren.“
