Следующее мегаземлетрясение может обрушиться на Японию в любой момент. Вероятность катастрофы магнитудой 9 в ближайшие 30 лет возросла до примерно 90%. Но землетрясение — это не самая страшная часть. Через минуты за ним последует цунами, которое может пересечь весь Тихий океан. В последний раз это произошло в 2011 году, когда волны нанесли ущерб даже в Калифорнии.
