Eks Pejabat MA Zarof Ricar Divonis 16 Tahun di Kasus Ronald Tannur

Adapun vonis itu dijatuhkan oleh Ketua majelis hakim Rosihah Juhriah Rangkuti di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Rabu (18/6/2025).
Selain pidana badan, Zarof juga dihukum pidana denda sebesar Rp 1 miliar dengan ketentuan apabila tidak membayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 6 bulan.
Dalam pertimbangannya hakim menyebutkan, bahwa Zarof terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melakukan pemufakatan jahat untuk melakukan tindak pidana korupsi.
"Yaitu memberi atau menjanjikan sesuatu kepada hakim dengan maksud untuk mempengaruhi putusan perkara yang diserahkan kepadanya untuk diadili sebagaimana dalam dakwaan kesatu penuntut umum ," kata hakim.
Tak hanya itu, dalam amar putusannya, Hakim Juhriah juga menyatakan Zarof terbukti melakukan tindak pidana korupsi berupa penerimaan gratifikasi.
Penerimaan gratifikasi itu kata hakim berkaitan dengan jabatan Zarof yang sempat menjabat sebagai pejabat di Mahkamah Agung.
