TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Pengacara Peradi Young Lawyers Committee Surakarta, Agung Handi merespons atas kasus La Ode Litao, sosok DPRD yang telah menjadi buronan 11 tahun dalam dugaan pembunuhan anak.
Agung merasa heran dari pihak kepolisian tidak segera menangkapnya saja.
Ia menilai saat Litao ditetapkan DPO pada 2014 silam, alasannya sudah pasti karena tak menghadiri pemanggilan penyidik.
"Artinya kan sebelum status DPO itu muncul harusnya memang penyidikan kan sudah punya dua alat bukti atau lebih seperti itu. Oleh karenanya, untuk menetapkan seorang tersangka itu ya penyidik berarti sudah yakin," jelas Agung dalam wawancara eksklusif bersama Tribunnews di program Kacamata Hukum, Senin (15/9/2025).
