Hotman Paris: Kesaksian Aep dan Dede soal Pegi Berbeda saat Putusan Sidang dan Sekarang
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV Kuasa Hukum Keluarga Vina Hotman Paris soroti kesaksian Aep dan Dede dalam penangkapan Pegi Setiawan dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina.Hal ini disampaikan Hotman Paris dalam unggahan Instagramnya pada Kamis (30/5/2024)
Hotman paris mengatakan saat persidangan tahun 2017, Aep dan Dede tak menyebut nama Pegi diantara para pelaku di TKP.
"Delapan tahun lalu, Aep dan Dede ini menyebutkan nama-nama orang yang ada di TKP, tapi tidak termasuk Pegi," ujar Hotman.
Namun semenjak kasus ini viral kembali, keduanya dinilai Hotman membuat kesaksian yang bertolak belakang.
"Kalau sekarang tahun 2024, kalau benar 2 saksi ini mengatakan Pegi ada di TKP, berarti 2 kesaksiannya bertolak belakang," ujar Hotman
Hotman pun menyarankan agar LPSK segera berbicara dengna para saksi Aep dan Dede.
