Untuk Vietnam roll kita guna rice paper yang diperbuat dari beras. Tak perlu masak, cuma rendam sekejap aja smpai lembut dan gulung, tapi kena bnyk praktis sebab kalau lembut sangat boleh koyak dan kalau keras pula susah nk gulung.

Sos hijau nya memang padu, warna hijau tu datang dari 2 bahan iaitu ketumbar dan cili hijau. Sos ni ada rasa masam, manis, dan berlemak. Boleh bikin ketagih. Kalau dulu Che Nom dah share resepi sos merah, kalini kita buat sos hijau lah pulak. Menu ni popular kalau buat berniaga, jadi kalau sesiapa yang nak cari duit poket boleh lah cuba.

Anggaran 15 batang jejari ketam

Bahan sos hijau:
3/4 cwn mayonis
1 pokok daun ketumbar
8 tangkai cili padi hijau
2 sb sos ikan
1/2 sb gula perang
1/3 cawan air
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji limau nipis (ambij jus)
Secubit garam

Carrot
Salad leaves
Approximately 15 crab sticks

Green sauce ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cilantro leaves
8 stalks bird's eye chilli
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup water
2 cloves garlic
1 key lime (squeezed for juice)
A pinch of salt
