El largometraje se titula “La vecina perfecta” y sigue la historia de Ajike Owens, una madre negra de 35 años de edad y cuatro hijos a quien, en 2023, su vecina blanca mató a disparos. El corto documental, llamado “El diablo está ocupado”, muestra un día en una clínica de salud para mujeres en Atlanta y su lucha por los derechos reproductivos. En vísperas de los Premios Oscar de 2026, Gandbhir nos acompaña en Democracy Now! y reflexiona sobre sus dos películas y las intersecciones entre arte y política.
