آیا تمام انسانهای امروزی در نهایت به یک زن و یک مرد مشترک میرسند؟
در این مستند، با کمک فسیلها، ژنتیک و شجرهنامههای انسانی بررسی میکنیم که علم درباره منشأ انسان امروزی چه میگوید و چرا مفهوم «اولین انسان» بسیار پیچیدهتر از چیزی است که در نگاه اول به نظر میرسد.
در مسیر ویدیو با هومو ساپینس، فسیلهای جِبِل ایرهود، اومو کیبیش، نئاندرتالها و دنیسوواها آشنا میشویم و سپس به دو مفهوم مشهور در ژنتیک میرسیم: «حوای میتوکندریایی» و «آدم کروموزوم Y».
