¡El postre más cremoso, fácil y sin horno que vas a probar! 🍌✨
¿Tienes plátanos maduros en la cocina? ¡No los tires! Hoy vamos a transformarlos en este espectacular Flan frío de Plátano, una versión mucho más ligera, sin azúcar refinada y con una textura increíble. Es la receta perfecta para cuando quieres algo dulce, nutritivo y que no te quite más de 10 minutos de preparación.
🛒 Ingredientes:
Molde Cuadrado de 20x20 o 1 litro/ 23 cm
300 g de Bananas (plátanos) bien maduras.
600 ml de leche (puedes usar vaca, soja o almendras sin azúcar). Tip: Yo usé también leche evaporada con canela.
10 g de Gelatina neutra (sin sabor).
Endulzante al gusto (opcional, el plátano ya endulza).
*Opcional - el caramelo.
Para el caramelo: 3-4 cdas de panela o azúcar de coco + 2 cdas de agua. y 1 cda de agua extra cuando el caramelo este listo para aligerar la textura.
Decoración: Rodajas de banana
