Delpedro Marhaen Jadi Tersangka: Kantor Lokataru Digeledah, Yusril Minta Hadapi secara Gentleman

KOMPAS.TV - Polisi menggeledah kantor Lokataru Foundation imbas penangkapan Direktur Eksekutif Lokataru, Delpedro Marhaen, yang diduga menyebar hasutan yang menimbulkan kericuhan.

Dalam penggeledahan selama dua jam, polisi menyita sejumlah barang, di antaranya buku dan spanduk, serta publikasi hasil penelitian.

Delpedro Marhaen ditetapkan tersangka atas dugaan penghasutan terhadap pelajar terkait demonstrasi dan perusakan yang terjadi pada 25 hingga 31 Agustus.

Menko Bidang Hukum, HAM, Imigrasi, dan Pemasyarakatan, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, menegaskan penangkapan Direktur Eksekutif Lokataru Foundation tidak melanggar HAM.

Yusril meminta Delpedro melakukan perlawanan sesuai mekanisme hukum yang berlaku.
