Trotz rechtskräftiger Urteile, trotz Zusicherungen der tadschikischen Regierung: Der Mann konnte sich seiner Rückführung entziehen. Der Fall offenbart nicht nur Lücken im System, sondern wirft auch Fragen auf – über Recht, Sicherheit und das Vertrauen in staatliche Verfahren.
