Первый убитый — Роман Цепов, в 90-ые годы он был посредником между Путиным и криминальными кругами. Был отравлен радиоактивным веществом, умирал долго, в мучениях, оставаясь в сознании до последнего.Другой — Сергей Юшенков, политик, который открыто предупреждал о формировании авторитарного режима, говорил о связи спецслужб со взрывами домов. Современники называли его идеалистом и романтиком. Был убит около собственного дома в день регистрации его партии для участия в выборах.
Цепов и Юшенков — полные противоположности, один дружил с Путиным, другой ему оппонировал, но оба были убиты и следы их убийц ведут в Кремль.
