Dieses Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu YouTube oder Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von YouTube oder Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Ansprechpartner und Verantwortlicher ist allein der Veranstalter.
3) Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Teilnehmen darf jede natürliche Person mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet hat.
Zur Teilnahme muss der YouTube-Kanal @LacoUhrenmanufaktur abonniert werden
optional: dem Instagram-Account @Laco1925 gefolgt werden,
und ein Kommentar unter dem Gewinnspiel-Video hinterlassen werden.
Gewinnspieldienste, Bots oder Mehrfachteilnahmen werden ausgeschlossen.

5) Gewinnermittlung und Benachrichtigung
Die Gewinner werden nach Ablauf des Gewinnspielzeitraums per Losverfahren aus allen gültigen Kommentaren ermittelt. Die Bekanntgabe erfolgt per Antwort unter dem Kommentar bzw. per Privatnachricht. Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Kontaktaufnahme, verfällt der Anspruch und es wird neu ausgelost.
6) Gewinnversand
Der Versand der Gewinne erfolgt ausschließlich an Adressen innerhalb von [Region]. Eventuelle Zölle/Einfuhrabgaben außerhalb dieser Region trägt der Gewinner.
7) Laufzeit
