Kali ni Che Nom nak share resepi daging sempena daging korban lagi lah ni, iaitu Daging Goreng Kunyit yang ukup lembut dan juicy daging nya. Masakan ni mudah, sesuai untuk orang bujang. Klau nak makan kat luar mahal ni.
Macam mana nak dapat daging yang lembut dan juicy? Ada satu tips yang Che Nom share, cara restoran cina yang sesuai sangat untuk masakan stir fry. Dagingnya tak perlu masak lama.
Hidangan ni dipadan kan juga dengan sambal belacan resepi favourite Che Nom. Makan dengan nasi panas, dgn kicap…fuh dah cukup!

Bahan daging kunyit:
350g daging lembu
1/2 sk baking soda (perapan)
Air sehingga tenggelam (perapan)
Sedikit garam
1/4 cwn minyak masak
1-2 sk serbuk kunyit
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
1 sb sos tiram
Sayur kacang panjang
1/2 biji bawang besar
8-10 tangkai cili padi

Bahan sambal belacan:
10 tangkai cili padi
2-3 biji cili merah besar
3 biji limau kasturi
Belacan, sebesar ibu jari
1/2 cawan air asan jawa
1 sk garam
1/2 sb gula
Serbuk perasa (jika suka)

350g beef
1/2 tsp baking soda (marinate)
Water untuk beef level (marinate)
A little bit of salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
1-2 tsp turmeric powder
3 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Green beans
1/2 yellow onion
8-10 stalks bird's eye chili

Sambal belacan ingredients:
10 stalks bird's eye chili
2-3 stalks red chilies
3 calamansi limes
Shrimp paste, one thumb size chunk
1/2 cup tamarind juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
Seasoning powder (if desired)
