PSYCHO Lindsay Clancy Fans Went FERAL After Lawyer’s Backflip 💀
PSYCHO Lindsay Clancy Fans Went FERAL After Lawyer’s Backflip 💀Lindsay Clancy's lawyer Kevin Reddington spent a whole trial arguing she wasn't criminally responsible. Now he's in court asking "where is the evidence that she actually did this?" — and her TikTok superfans are having a full BACKFLIP MELTDOWN.
Lindsay Clancy was back in court on 29 September after the mistrial. The jury split 11-1, the judge has since denied the defense motion for a required finding of not guilty, and the next hearing is 2 November, with Kevin Reddington pushing for an inquiry into the Lindsay Clancy holdout juror and arguing a second trial would be double jeopardy. The DA hasn't said whether there will be a retrial.
SugarTits and I go through Kevin Reddington's new "not guilty" argument, the Bowden instruction he's leaning on, and why I think he's really trying to reignite TikTok so there can be no impartial jury (my opinion, and I'm not a lawyer). Then the main event: the victory laps. The "I literally told you guys" crowd, the Pilates wife rubbing it in her husband's face, the TikToker who blew up off this case, the women ready to finish their law degrees because a 75-year-old man said "no evidence", and the wildest new theory on the internet.
