KOMPAS.TV - Pengadilan Negeri Bandung mengabulkan permohonan Praperadilan Pegi Setiawan atas penetapan dirinya sebagai tersangka pembunuhan Vina dan Eki.Hakim menyatakan proses penetapan Pegi sebagai tersangka tidak sah dan harus batal demi hukum.
Menurut Hakim Eman Sulaeman, penetapan Pegi tersangka tidak sah karena Pegi belum pernah diperiksa sebelum dijadikan tersangka.
Hakim juga memerintahkan Polda Jawa Barat menghentikan penyidikan terhadap Pegi serta membebaskannya dari tahanan.
Keluarga Pegi tak kuasa menahan tangis usai hakim mengabulkan gugatan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan.
Ameliana, adik Pegi mengaku senang akhirnya bisa berkumpul kembali dengan sang kakak, Pegi Setiawan.
Sementara menurut Kartini, Ibunda Pegi putusan ini membuktikan Pegi tidak bersalah apa lagi terlibat pembunuhan.
