Sidang Praperadilan Pegi Ditunda karena Polda Jabar Mangkir, Kuasa Hukum: Supaya P21, Alasan Klasik
BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Pengadilan Negeri (PN) menunda sidang praperadilan Pegi Setiawan dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon, pada Senin (24/6/2024).Pasalnya, pihak termohon dari Polda Jawa Barat tidak hadir dalam sidang praperadilan.
Mengetahui itu, kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan mengaku kecewa dengan tidak datangnya pihak Polda Jabar.
"Kita kecewa, tentu tim kuasa hukum kecewa hari ini karena pihak termohon tidak hadir itu tidak profesional. Kalau memang bukti mereka lemah akui saja tidak perlu mengundur waktu atau mengulur-ngulur hingga terjadi P21. Itu alasan yang klasik," ujar kuasa hukum Pegi, Sugiyanti Iriani.
