『宇宙賢者』を名乗る謎の男「サスカル」が
主人公・ユウマに告げたその言葉が、この闘いのすべての始まりだった。
ユウマに課せられる想像を超えた究極の試練。
「失敗すれば、君はアークとしての力を失う――」
怪獣防災科学調査所「SKIP」のメンバーとして守ってきた星元市の平和、
「SKIP」に集う仲間たちと築き上げて来た信頼の絆、
たびたび直面して来た怪獣を倒す意義への葛藤…。
ウルトラマンに変身する光を手にしたからこそ、
ひとり重圧を噛み締めて来たそんな使命たちが、
いま、サスカルの手により弄ばれ、次々にユウマに襲い掛かる！
暴れる大怪獣たち、荒ぶる邪悪な宇宙人、
