Filmde, aynı kadına âşık olan iki üvey kardeşin hikâyesi konu edilir. Çobanlık yapan Ali, bir gün gölde boğulmak üzere olan Bülent’i kurtarır. Üniversitede mühendislik eğitimi alarak Kamil Bey’in fabrikasında çalışır. Bir gece gittiği pavyonda şarkıcılık yapan Gül Fatma ile tanışır. Gül Fatma’yı çok beğenir ve ertesi gün pavyona Bülent ile beraber gider. Bülent de görür görmez Gül Fatma’ya âşık olur. Aynı kadından hoşlanan iki kardeş arasında bir çekişme yaşanacaktır.
