Oggi a Kyiv l’esercito russo ha danneggiato un altro ospedale – una struttura assolutamente civile. A Dnipro, tra i bersagli colpiti c’era un’impresa civile, un produttore alimentare – olio di girasole comune. Si scopre quindi che anche questo è un obiettivo per la Russia. A Kharkiv, i russi hanno colpito direttamente approvvigionamento di riscaldamento ed energia per le persone, la vita ordinaria – missili balistici contro il settore energetico. A Kherson, squadre di riparazione e tecnici elettrici stavano lavorando per ripristinare la fornitura di elettricità dopo i raid russi. E tutto questo mostra una sola cosa: la Russia non prende sul serio gli sforzi diplomatici che i paesi civili stanno cercando di portare avanti con essa.” così il presidente Zelensky su Facebook.
