"Menjatuhkan pidana penjara terhadap terdakwa satu Muchlis dan terdakwa tiga Harry Affandi masing-masing selama 7 tahun dikurangi selama para terdakwa berada dalam tahanan sementara dengan perintah tetap ditahan dan denda sebesar Rp250 juta apabila denda tidak dibayar akan diganti kurungan 3 bulan," ucap jaksa, dalam sidang pembacaan tuntutan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (23/7/2025).
JPU menuturkan hal yang menjadi pemberat tuntutan yakni perbuatan yang menentang program pemerintah adanya upaya pemberantasan judl, jangkauan pemasaran daya rusak bersifat nasional, dan terdakwa menikmati hasil perbuatan.
Sedangkan alasan keringanan tuntutan terdakwa yaitu penyesalan dan belum pernahnya terdakwa tersebut dihukum. (TribunVideo.com)
