Esta Panna Cotta de Café ligera y fresca será el postre perfecto para terminar una comida o para merendar! Se hace en minutos y sin complicaciones.

Ingredientes | Para un molde de 1 L | 8 porciones.
- Café 250 ml de Agua caliente + 1,5 cdas de Café Instantáneo o Café Filtrado bien fuerte
-3 cdas de endulzante o sustituto de azúcar sin calorías
-1 cda de Cacao sin azúcar
-15g de Gelatina sin sabor o 9 hojas / agar agar
-250 ml de Leche de Vaca o bebida vegetal
-250 ml de Leche evaporada o más leche de la anterior
*Opcional Chocolate Negro para decorar
Refrigerar 1 h o toda la noche
Notas.
El agar agar es un gelificante de origen vegetal. Si no lo consigues usa: ⭕ 1 CDA | 10 g de Grenetina -en polvo- : hidratar el polvo de gelatina con 2-3 cdas de agua y dejar reposar por 5 min. una vez hidratada quedarán tipo bolitas y lo agregaras a una porción de la mezcla caliente. lo mezclas muy bien hasta que se disuelva.
🍂 6 Hojas de gelatina. sumergir en agua fría y una vez blanditas puedes agregarlas a una porción de la mezcla caliente. lo mezclas muy bien hasta que se disuelva. . *Importante. LEE las instrucciones del gelificante que utilices. te garantizarán un mejor resultado.
