Menteri HAM Natalius Pigai Buka Suara soal Keracunan Massal MBG Disebut Bukan Pelanggaran HAM

Menurut Pigai, pelanggaran HAM baru terjadi jika insiden tersebut disengaja atau direncanakan.
Ia menyebutkan pelaksanaan program MBG sejauh ini 99,99 persen berhasil, dengan penyimpangan hanya 0,0017 persen berdasarkan pantauan 33 kantor wilayah KemenHAM, pada (1/10/2025).
Pigai menilai penyimpangan yang muncul lebih disebabkan oleh kesalahan produksi, distribusi, dan kurangnya pengawasan.
Ia menambahkan bahwa kasus keracunan bisa dipicu oleh human error, seperti kesalahan memasak atau penyimpanan makanan.
Ia menegaskan kelalaian administrasi dan manajemen tidak bisa dipidana dalam konteks HAM.
Menurutnya, hal tersebut masuk ranah perbaikan tata kelola, bukan pelanggaran hak asasi.
Di sisi lain, Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) Dadan Hindayana melaporkan 6.517 orang mengalami keracunan.
Sejak program MBG diluncurkan pada Januari 2025 hingga September 2025.
Kasus terbanyak tercatat di Pulau Jawa dengan 45 kejadian.
Ia menyebut lonjakan kasus terjadi dalam dua bulan terakhir akibat Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) yang tidak mematuhi SOP.
