JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Sejumlah aktivis termasuk Direktur Lokataru Foundation, Delpedro Marhaen, ditangkap usai demo yang terjadi pada akhir Agustus lalu.Delpedro dan sejumlah aktivis ditangkap atas tuduhan penghasutan massa untuk bertindak rusuh saat unjuk rasa.
Menurut KontraS, tuduhan penghasutan pada sejumlah aktivis adalah tuduhan yang berpotensi merusak partisipasi anak muda dalam terwujudnya partisipasi publik yang baik.
Sementara, Tim Advokasi untuk Demokrasi (TAUD) masih mengupayakan penangguhan penahanan terhadap Delpedro Marhaen, yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan penghasutan aksi anarkis.
Perwakilan TAUD, Alif Fauzi, mengatakan surat permohonan penangguhan telah diajukan ke penyidik.
