JEMBER, KOMPAS.TV - Bupati Jember Muhammad Fawait menargetkan, kelangkaan BBM di Kabupaten Jember selesai pada dua hingga tiga hari ke depan. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mengatasi dampak krisis BBM.Sebelumnya, pemerintah Kabupaten Jember mengeluarkan surat edaran ke seluruh sekolah dari TK hingga SMP untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring.
Surat edaran berlaku mulai Selasa (29/07/2025) hingga batas waktu belum ditentukan.
Sejak surat edaran diberlakukan, suasana SD Negeri Mangli Satu di Kecamatan Kaliwates seperti saat pandemi Covid-19.
Hanya terlihat beberapa orang guru yang beraktivitas di dalam ruang guru. Kelangkaan BBM di Jember merupakan efek jangka pendek perbaikan jalur Gumitir.
Saat distribusi bahan bakar terganggu, otomatis aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat bermasalah dan harus mengalami penyesuaian.
