Joseph Anderson builds technology to solve a simple problem: too many people spend their days doing work that machines should be doing.
His passion for automation is personal. Growing up, he watched his mother spend years in repetitive data entry work that ultimately led to a painful injury—an experience that shaped his belief that technology should protect people, not wear them down.
Over the past 15 years, Joseph has worked with eCommerce platforms, fulfillment systems, and accounting tools to eliminate manual processes and create more human-centered work. He built his company from a $20 investment into an 8-figure business, driven by a focus on solving real-world problems.
Since joining Toastmasters in 2024, he has placed in division and area contests in both 2025 and 2026. His talks challenge audiences to rethink automation—not as a threat, but as a tool to make work more human.
