Vecinos de El Fanguito bloquearon la avenida 23 de La Habana para protestar por apagones prolongados, falta de alimentos y condiciones sanitarias que afectan a niños y familias. Mujeres del barrio encabezaron la manifestación y exigieron respuestas concretas.Una participante denunció después que agentes del DTI entraron en la comunidad y se llevaron a varias madres, pese a que funcionarios habrían prometido que no existirían consecuencias. Según su testimonio, algunas viviendas acumulan más de un mes con servicio eléctrico irregular, mientras persisten problemas de mosquitos, dengue y comida que se deteriora.
