Una banca clandestina gestita da un'associazione per delinquere di cittadini cinesi è stata sequestrata in un'operazione della guardia di Finanza di Venezia e Padova che hanno indagato 21 persone, di cui 17 colpiti da provvedimenti restrittivi della liberà personale. Per 7 persone è stata disposta la custodia cautelare in carcere con divieto di incontro, per 5 sono stati ordinati gli arresti domiciliari, mentre per altre 5 è scattato l'obbligo di dimora nei comuni di residenza. L'inchiesta della procura di Padova ha fatto emergere la gestione della banca clandestina per riciclare i contanti provenienti da molteplici attività illecite, tra cui evasione fiscale, usura e abusiva attività bancaria e finanziaria. Le Fiamme Gialle oltre alla banca hanno sequestrato denaro contante, criptovalute, immobili, auto di lusso, orologi e gioielli per un ammontare complessivo superiore ai 40 milioni di euro. Sono in corso a Padova, Venezia, Treviso, Brescia, Milano e Prato 35 perquisizioni domiciliari e aziendali riguardanti anche alcuni uffici all'interno del Centro Ingrosso
