Eks Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik Hukum dan Keamanan, Mahfud MD mengkritik anggota KPU RI yang dinilainya tak layak menjadi penyelenggara pilkada 2024 usai pemecatan Hasyim Asy'ari karena kasus perbuatan asusila.Tanggapi hal ini anggota Kkomisi II DPR, fraksi PKS Mardani Ali sera mengungkap akan sulit jika harus mengganti seluruh komisioner KPU dalam waktu bersamaan. Meski, Mardani tak menampik jika pemecatan Ketua KPU adalah tamparan keras bagi Komisi II.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Mardani Ali Sera di DPR Selasa pagi.
