Kasus Korupsi Pertamina, Kejagung Ungkap Modus Blending BBM Hingga Mark-Up Pengiriman Impor Fiktif
KOMPAS.TV - Sebanyak 9 tersangka terlibat kasus korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang PT Pertamina (Persero), subholding, dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) 2018 sampai 2023.Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Abdul Qohar, menyebut salah satu tindakan yang diduga dilakukan dalam kasus korupsi di PT Pertamina, yakni Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, diduga melakukan pembelian atau pembayaran minyak mentah dengan RON 90 atau lebih rendah, kemudian dilakukan blending di storage atau depo untuk menjadi RON 92.
Tidak hanya itu, Kejaksaan Agung juga menemukan adanya mark-up atau penambahan biaya kontrak shipping atau pengiriman dalam impor minyak mentah dan produk kilang.
Melihat kekhawatiran masyarakat, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung, Harli Siregar, menyebut fakta hukum dalam kasus ini terjadi pada tahun 20182023.
Penyelidikan terus dilakukan untuk memastikan soal distribusi BBM yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi.
