Tuntutan itu disampaikan oleh Oditur di depan majelis hakim Pengadilan Militer I-04 Palembang, Senin (21/7/2025).
Oditur mengklaim bahwa terdakwa terbukti melakukan pidana pembunuhan, kepemilikan senjata api ilegal, dan pengelolaan judi tak berizin.
Yang mana perbuatan itu mengakibatkan terdakwa layak mendapatkan hukuman mati dan dipecat dari militer.
Pemecatan ini beralasan bahwa perbuatan Kopda Bazarsah, mencemarkan nama baik TNI di mata publik, selain itu tindakannya juga melanggar sumpah sapta Marga prajurit, dan merusak sandi-sandi disiplin TNI.
Selama proses pembacaan tuntutan dari oditur, Kopda Bazarsah tampak berdiri tegap dan terlihat pasrah.
Ia bahkan tak mengeluarkan air mata sama sekali.
Diketahui sebelumnya, Kopda Bazarsah dilaporkan menembak mati tiga polisi dalam penggerebekan judi sabung ayam, di Dusun Karang Manik, Kecamatan Negara Batin, Kabupaten Way Kanan, Lampung.
Tragedi nahas itu terjadi pada Senin, 17 Maret 2025 lalu.
Sementara untuk identitas ketiga korban sendiri adalah:
1. Kapolsek Negara Batin Polres Way Kanan, Iptu Lusiyanto
2. Ba Polsek Negara Batin Polres Way Kanan, Bripka Petrus Apriyanto
3. Ba Sat Reskrim Polres Way Kanan, Bripda M. Ghalib Surya Ganta
Dalam pembacaan tuntutan diketahui sebuah fakta, bahwa ternyata aksi penembakan itu sudah dipersiapkan dengan matang oleh terdakwa.
