Breaking News: एयरपोर्ट कैंपस से मस्जिद को हटाने की तैयारी, नमाजियों ने कह दी बड़ी बात | India TVअगली खबर कोलकाता से...जहां के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एयरपोर्ट के रनवे के करीब 136 साल पुरानी मस्जिद को रीलोकेट करने की तैयारी हो रही है... कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट के एयर साइड पर मौजूद 136 साल पुरानी गौरीपुर जामा मस्जिद को हटाने का फैसला लिया गया है...बांकड़ा मस्जिद के नाम से मशहूर इस मस्जिद को अब दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट किया जाएगा...शनिवार से इस मस्जिद में जाने के लिए जारी होने वाले एंट्री पास को भी बंद कर दिया गया है....साथ ही, मस्जिद में नमाज अदा करने पर भी रोक लगा दी गई है...एयरपोर्ट सूत्रों के अनुसार, किसी तरह की अप्रिय घटना से बचने के लिए पूरे इलाके में पुलिस और सुरक्षा बल तैनात कर दिए गए हैं...मस्जिद के शिफ्ट होने के बाद कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट के दूसरे रनवे के एक्सपेंशन का काम अब आगे बढ़ सकेगा...मस्जिद के चलते यह काम लंबे समय से अटका हुआ था.... शनिवार सुबह स्थानीय विधायक सौरव सिकदर मौके पर पहुंचे....बताया जा रहा है कि उन्होंने मस्जिद कमेटी और स्थानीय लोगों के साथ बैठक कर पूरे मामले पर बातचीत की...विधायक के मुताबिक, नमाज पढ़ने आने वाले ज्यादातर लोगों ने इस कार्रवाई पर सहमति जताई है...उन्होंने लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने और किसी भी तरह की अफवाह या उकसावे वाली बातों पर ध्यान न देने की अपील की है...

A decision has been taken to remove the 136-year-old Gauripur Jama Masjid, located on the airside of Kolkata Airport. This mosque, also known as the Bankada Mosque, will now be relocated. Starting Saturday, entry passes to the mosque have been discontinued. Offerings of prayers at the mosque have also been prohibited. According to airport sources, police and security forces have been deployed throughout the area to prevent any untoward incidents. After the mosque's relocation, work on the expansion of Kolkata Airport's second runway can now proceed. This work had been stalled for a long time due to the mosque. Local MLA Sourav Sikdar arrived at the site on Saturday morning. He reportedly held a meeting with the mosque committee and local residents to discuss the entire matter. According to the MLA, most of the people who come to offer prayers have agreed to this action. He urged people to Appeal to maintain peace and not pay heed to any kind of rumours or provocative things...
