Dalam kepengurusan Danantara, Presiden Prabowo menunjuk Rosan Roeslani sebagai CEO atau Kepala Danantara.
Rosan yang merupakan Menteri Investasi dan Hilirisasi/Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) ini akan didampingi oleh Pandu Patria Sjahrir, Wakil Presiden Direktur PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) Pandu Sjahrir dan Dony Oskaria, Wakil Menteri BUMN.
Pandu yang merupakan keponakan Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan ini ditunjuk menjadi Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Danantara. Sedangkan Dony Oskaria ditunjuk sebagai Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danantara.
Dalam struktur BUMN, COO dan CIO adalah dua posisi penting di bawah Chief Executive Officer (CEO) BPI Danantara. COO mengawasi operasional holding BUMN, sedangkan CIO mengelola investasi holding BUMN.
