«Превентивное использование пробиотиков»: выступление Дмитрия Алексеева н?
В апреля 2026 года в Ташкенте на международном форуме «МОЗГ 360» Дмитрий Алексеев, к. б. н., доцент кафедры пищевых технологий и инжиниринга СКФУ, выступил с докладом о перспективах развития превентивной медицины.Главные тезисы:
- Слизистые – центр иммунитета и метаболизма, а не периферия.
- Микробы живут в атеросклеротических бляшках: 23 представителя орального микробиома и риск сердечно-сосудистых катастроф.
- Некоторые ополаскиватели для рта могут ухудшать гипертонию: убивая микробов, теряем депо оксида азота.
- Каждый потерянный зуб в пожилом возрасте – плюс 1,4% к риску деменции. Это маркер общего здоровья.
- Вагинальный микробиом: 30–50% женщин, половина случаев – бессимптомно, антибиотики не решают проблему.
- Психобиотики: от лечения депрессии – к улучшению памяти.
- Штамм B420: меньше вес, меньше зонулина, меньше С-реактивного белка. Микробы вместо диет?
