Hotman Paris Pede Tom Lembong Bisa Bebas dari Vonis, Ungkap Dua Bukti Pamungkas di Kasus Impor Gula

Tom Lembong, mantan Menteri Perdagangan, dituntut tujuh tahun penjara dan denda Rp750 juta dalam sidang di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat pada 4 Juli 2025.
Namun Hotman mengklaim memiliki dua bukti pamungkas yang dapat menggugurkan seluruh dakwaan jaksa.
Bukti tersebut menurutnya cukup untuk membebaskan semua terdakwa.
Hotman tidak merinci isi bukti tersebut, namun menegaskan keyakinannya bahwa dakwaan terhadap Tom Lembong tidak berdasar.
Ia juga menilai bahwa para terdakwa seharusnya tidak perlu duduk di kursi pesakitan karena kasus ini dinilainya penuh kejanggalan.
Hotman berharap majelis hakim mempertimbangkan bukti yang diajukan demi menjamin keadilan hukum bagi para terdakwa.
