Eines, das dich trägt. Das dich ruhiger macht. Das dir sagt: „Du bist sicher. Du bist genug. Du darfst atmen.“Wir arbeiten nicht mit langen Geschichten oder alten Wunden. Sondern mit dem, was jetzt sein darf. Schritt für Schritt darfst du spüren, wie sich dieses neue Gefühl ausbreitet, wie Wärme, wie Licht, wie ein stiller Anker in deinem Alltag.
