Durante la trasmissione In Onda, Rosy Bindi ha espresso una posizione critica sulla riforma della giustizia, soffermandosi in particolare sul meccanismo del sorteggio:“E riguardo al sorteggio, io lo trovo umiliante, anche perché i membri eletti dal Parlamento saranno comunque sorteggiati in una lista che il Parlamento ha votato. Cioè i membri laici, i membri della politica, che non mi venite a dire che quelli non appartengono a qualcuno, avranno comunque una sorta di legittimazione maggiore. E aggiungo anche un'altra cosa, si parla sempre di Palamara, ma le camarille di Palamara si facevano o no con i politici in quegli alberghi romani.
