🛒 Zutaten (für 6 Stück / 2 Portionen):
12 Reispapierblätter (à ca. 5 g)
1 Ei
130 ml Wasser
2–3 EL Sojasoße
Füllung:
200 g Babyspinat
1 Knoblauchzehe
180 g Feta light
100 g Reibekäse light
1 Ei
Pfeffer
Außerdem:
Sesam zum Bestreuen
👨🍳 Zubereitung:
Brate den Babyspinat mit der gehackten Knoblauchzehe kurz in einer Pfanne an. Vermische ihn mit Feta, Reibekäse, Ei und den Gewürzen.
Rühre das Ei mit Wasser und Sojasoße zu einer Mischung an. Tauche die Reispapierblätter einzeln kurz in die Flüssigkeit. Fülle sie mit der Spinat-Käse-Mischung und rolle sie auf. Bestreue die Rollen mit Sesam.
Backe sie im Ofen bei 200 °C Umluft 20–25 Minuten oder im Airfryer bei 180 °C für 15–16 Minuten, bis sie goldbraun sind. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
