BITUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Seorang nelayan asal Kota Bitung, Sulawesi Utara hanyut hingga ke perairan Filipina. Rakit yang dijaganya diterjang cuaca buruk dan ombak tinggi.Inilah video yang direkam Jufri Mokodompis, seorang nelayan asal Kota Bitung yang hanyut saat menjaga rumpon atau rakit ketika diterjang gelombang setinggi 5 meter pada Kamis (17/07/2025).
Sempat terombang-ambing selama 12 hari, Jufri akhirnya diselamatkan kapal Asia Endeavour berbendera Bahamas dan langsung dibawa ke Tokyo, Jepang sesuai tujuan kapal.
