TERRORATTACKE BEIM CSD: Alexander Dobrindt will knallhartes Vorgehen gegen islamistische GefährderNach dem islamistischen Terroranschlag am Rande des Christopher Street Days in Berlin deuten sich Gesetzesverschärfungen an. Justiz- und Innenministerium wollen noch im August konkrete Vorschläge vorlegen. CSU-Innenminister Dobrindt fordert einen verstärkten Einsatz elektronischer Fußfesseln. Zudem spricht er sich für eine bundesweit einheitliche Regelung zur Präventivhaft für Gefährder aus. Das SPD-geführte Justizministerium hält die Anwendung des Jugendstrafrechts bei erwachsenen Gefährdern für inakzeptabel. Auch der Fraktionschef der Sozialdemokraten im Bundestag, Matthias Miersch, zeigt sich offen für einen strengeren Umgang mit islamistischen Gefährdern.
