WAHL-BEBEN: Berlin und Sachsen-Anhalt vor dem Umbau? INSA-Chef sieht politische Bewegung!INSA-Geschäftsführer Hermann Binkert sieht in Sachsen-Anhalt eine starke Wechselstimmung.
Nach seinen Angaben liegt die AfD bei 42 Prozent. Weitere sieben Prozentpunkte entfallen auf Wähler, die sich vorstellen können, die Partei zu wählen. Binkert hält deshalb eine parlamentarische Mehrheit der AfD nach der Wahl für realistisch.
Entscheidend sei jedoch, wie viele Parteien in den Landtag einziehen. Bei wenigen Parteien könnten gut 40 Prozent für eine Mehrheit reichen. Bei mehr als drei Parteien könnten auch 45 Prozent zu wenig sein.
Binkert verweist zudem auf den langfristigen Verlust von Union und SPD. Beide früheren Volksparteien hätten in 50 Jahren zwei Drittel ihrer Wählerschaft verloren.
Auch in Berlin sieht Binkert ein enges Rennen. CDU, Linke, AfD, Grüne und SPD hätten Chancen auf Einfluss bei der Regierungsbildung.
