L’Afghanistan è un Paese complesso, odiato e per certi versi incompreso. In questo documentario registrato in loco, andiamo alla scoperta di un Afghanistan nascosto, non quello dei talebani, bensì delle persone comuni, tramite le quali cerchiamo di capire com’è che si vive, oggi, qui, tra divieti e pratiche da noi tutt’altro che condivisibili. Il nostro margine di manovra è stato ovviamente limitato, ma una cosa è certa: l’Afghanistan vuole mostrarsi al mondo per ciò che è.
