Instruksi Jokowi Bisa Dorong Kasus Hukum Pembunuhan Vina Terbuka Lebar?
KOMPAS.TV - Kasus pembunuhan yang menewaskan Vina dan Eky 8 tahun lalu terus bergulir. Setelah menangkap 1 DPO bernama Pegi Setiawan polisi kini justru menghapus 2 nama DPO karena dinilai fiktif.Pengacara keluarga almarhum Vina, Hotman Paris Hutapea merasa janggal atas hilangnya nama 2 DPO dalam kasus pembunuhan ini.
Menururt hotman, terlalu cepat bagi penyidik untuk menghapus 2 nama DPO yang sebelumnya tercatat dalam BAP maupun putusan pengadilan yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap.
Presiden Joko Widodo sudah meminta Kapolri agar pengusutan kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky di Cirebon harus dikawal dan terbuka transparan.
Apakah instruksi Presiden Joko Widodo bisa mendorong kasus hukum ini terbuka secara benar setelah kemarin polisi menghilangkan 2 orang DPO di kasus Vina.
